Eat Happy’s Mission is to support you in integrating nutritious and health-supporting foods into your life in delicious and enjoyable ways.  Eat Happy was founded by certified health coach Alissa Glenn.

Alissa’s Bio

Alissa Glenn is an author, speaker, food lover, public policy enthusiast, and mother of three. A holistic health coach and founder of Eat Happy, LLC, she is deeply passionate about helping people find their happiest way of eating.  She is also a co-founder at Middleclassfooddesert.com, which is a blog combining her love for and interests in food, public policy, and personal empowerment.

Alissa and her writings have been featured in Edible Cleveland and Inside Business Magazine.  She received her nutrition training at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York City.  Before starting Eat Happy Alissa spent several years working as a strategy consultant for Fortune 500 companies and federal government agencies.  She has a BA in Economics and English from Case Western Reserve University, and a MS in Public Policy and Management from Carnegie Mellon University.

Alissa lives in Shaker Heights, OH with her husband and three amazing and energy-filled kids.  She spends a lot of time cooking.
